Processing Time

We aim to process orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed after 2pm may be shipped the following day.

Shipping Destinations

At the moment, we are only shipping to UK addresses excluding PO boxes. For international shipping, please get in touch to discuss.

Delivery Instructions

If you require your parcel to be left in a safe place, or with a particular neighbour, please fill in the box at checkout, or confirm directly after ordering. You can do this by emailing hello@barkandbeau.co.uk with your order number and instructions.

Postage Costs

We are currently charging £4.75 for Royal Mail postage fee on one towel but orders of two towels or more to the same address receive free postage.

Postage Method

After a few missing deliveries when we first launched our business, we decided to use Royal Mail 24 Tracked service. Yes, you can email us and I can sort a courier delivery at a slightly lower price for you (please contact us before placing the order), but Royal Mail is more reliable. ​​

Order Tracking

When orders are posted, the tracking details will be sent to the customer through our website. If you have any queries about tracking, please email hello@barkandbeau.co.uk with your order number and we can look into it for you.

Return Policy

In the event the customer is unhappy with their purchase, please email hello@barkandbeau.co.uk to discuss. Product need to be returned in original condition with tag attached. Buyer is responsible for paying for return postage.

Exchange and Refund

If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, customers will be offered a full refund or exchange. Please email hello@barkandbeau.co.uk to discuss.
